:Information on the artist:
-I use PayPal and accept in USD only

-payment will be upfront


:Information on commission:
-I have the right to decline you commission if I feel uncomfortable when taking the request.

-Have a clear idea for what you want to commission.

-Small edits are okay (changing a colour, tweaking a small part of a pose) and only up to 3 edits

-If I interpreted your wording differently , you can attempt to use the small edits if its nothing major ...otherwise, I'll refuse any changes.

-Characters used in the commission idea should be yours as in you are the owner of the character or have been given expressed permission to be included by the owner.

-When I've sent a reply and the commissioner is unresponsive for 2 Months, The commissioner will be considered okay with the reply and give the go ahead. If a certain information is needed for the reply, The artist will decide on behalf of the commissioner unless there's a close alternative.

-The act of commissioning will be when payment has been given.


:Additional NSFW Information for NSFW Commissions:
-If the NSFW/Risque option is selected, all characters and the commissioner must be above legal age or above 18 years old if you're found to have misrepresented your age the TOS will be considered broken.

-Picking an option from the NSFW/Risque Themes will consider this commission as an NSFW Commission

-When the commissioned product has been altered, such as, but not limited to, cropped, blurred, rotated, Etc. And retains recognizability to the commissioned product. It will still be considered the same product.
